Do you know what type of paint is used to paint things like video game controllers?

I really want a professional finish on my XBOX 360 but I don't know what type of paint is used for that type of thing. Can you help me?Do you know what type of paint is used to paint things like video game controllers?
I would also look into finding some sort of acrylic/polyurethane top coat. Also, enamel is a nice hard paint that'd look jazzy on a controller. Make sure to prep the surface correctly with a light sandpaper (very fine, 150 at least). Again, since it is something that will be used, I suggest using a few layers of top coat. i think that it is a matte industrial type of acrylic paint. you can use the krylon fusion paint on it. it would be the easiest way to paint your xbox and the krylon fusion paint is designed to adhere to plastic so the body of your xbox will take that paint readily.
It's hard to find a paint that will not scratch off of plastic easily. Go to your local art supply store and see if they sell model car or model airplaine plaint. It dries hard and is resistant to scratching.
