What color would you recommend me to paint a room that I am going to use to give massage treatment for people?

My friend who is also what you are has their room painted baby blue. It's a calm soothing color and it looks really nice.
Red.It is a smoothing color.
As a certified massage therapist/instructor, I always recommend soft cool colors. Blue is one of the best because it is soothing and quieting. Pink is nice if you'll only work on women, most men are not able to relax in a pink room.





Green is believed to stimulate growth - which is not best for massage. Earth tones are a good choice if they are soft and subdued. Avoid dark colors, they always make a room look smaller and if you have any clostrophobic clients even a large room, if painted dark, can make them uncomfortable.





Whatever color you go with, accent the room with art the relates to you - healing, soothing, peaceful pieces.

Pastels are good relaxing colors.
The room should be a warm shade, perhaps an earth tone. I'm thinking cinnamon. Since the lights will be dim and you'll have candles burning, this will create the richness you will want to create.
Well, I think we've given you every color except for day-glo orange and basic black.





Massage rooms I have seen were all off-white or an earth tone. Much more color than that and people start to have unconscious associations with rooms from their past.

Serene colors. Per the ';The New Decorating Book'; by Better Homes %26amp; Gardens these colors are:


Pink (not bright) which is pale or deep, Blue (the book shows a beautiful navy blue), Green (book shows a pale lettuce green paint %26amp; another room with apple green) and Purple (both light %26amp; dark). Either pastels or deep colors. Soft lighting %26amp; soft music.
Light blue
Maybe a very light purple or blue. You'd want a warm color to relax by.
My suggestion is a lavender. You might want a calming feeling being created.
