What can be used to remove spray paint?

I bought a used wagon for my kids and it has spray paint on it. I've tried paint thinner but it didn't work. What can I do?What can be used to remove spray paint?

i would sand it down and paint it again,It it probly old paint that has been in the sun for a long time
it can be done my kerosene oil i think so

You need paint stripper. But anything that removes the spray paint will remove the original paint too. Sorry.





You will need to repaint the wagon, whether you remove the old paint or not.





(I'm assuming this is a metal wagon. If it's plastic, don't use paint stripper; it will melt the plastic.)
